I was browsing through the Tri-city's local news feed and this article that caught my attention about, some old guy pretending to be a cop in Tri-cities pulling over random people, the reason I'm talking about this article is because, to inform other people that their are some crazy people out their that are willing to pretend like its grant theft auto, so be aware.
